HYG.NYS is the ticker for the iShares iBoxx $ High Yield Corporate Bond ETF, a fund managed by BlackRock Fund Advisors that seeks to track the performance of the iBoxx USD Liquid High Yield Index. The ETF holds U.S. dollar-denominated high-yield corporate bonds with a maturity of at least one year and less than 15 years, and a sub-investment-grade rating from Fitch, Moody's or S&P. It was established on April 4, 2007 and is listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
